Organizational leaders have an important role in being able to manage and maintain the existing culture in an organization so as to foster trust, open communication, and independence. Organizational culture is an identity that shapes employee attitudes and behavior, so that if managed properly, it will be a driving force for employees to behave positively, dedicatedly, and productively as well as encouraging increased employee commitment to the organization.
To strengthen organizational culture, especially at BPK RI, Badiklat PKN organized Identity Management and Organizational Culture training which was held on 27-28 August 2020 with the distance learning method and was attended by 29 participants who were structural officials within BPK RI.
Opened by the Head of Badiklat, this training presented the facilitator Widyaiswara Madya, Dr Hairil Anwar @hairilanw and the Head of Integrity Enforcement, M Yusuf John @m.yusuf.john
This training is expected to provide provisions and understanding to the participants to instill and strengthen aspects of organizational culture as a reflection of the identity of all structural officials within the BPK RI.
