The enforcement of code of ethics as referred to Article 29 Paragraph (1) Law Number 15 Year 2006 concerning the Audit Board, Honorary Board of Code of Ethics (MKKE) was set up.
The members consisted of BPK Board Member, professional and academics element.
The implementation of the function, duty, and authority of the Honorary Board of Code of Ethics refers to BPK Regulation Nomor 4 Year 2016 concerning BPK’s Honorary Board of Code of Ethics.
