OPENING OF TRAINING SERIES FOR CLASS III NON-ACCOUNTING CPNS IN 2019: “WORK PROFESSIONALLY”

The opening of the 2019 series of training for CPNS (Civil Servant Candidates) Class III Non-Accounting was held simultaneously on Monday, March 11, 2019 in Jakarta, Medan and Gowa. The Chairman of BPK RI, Moermahadi Soerja Djanegara accompanied by the Head of the PKN Training Agency, Hery Subowo, opened this training series at the State Financial Audit Training Center (Badiklat PKN) Medan. In his opening remarks, the Chairman of BPK RI emphasized the importance of developing various soft skills in addition to substantive analysis skills, especially ethics and communication. “Make good manners a daily culture, both with fellow co-workers, superiors, those we examine, neighbors and in the family environment.”

According to the BPK RI Chairman, in the process of recruiting employees, BPK has tried hard to maintain a strict and clean selection process. The CPNS deserve to be heartened because they are the best people selected from the selection process. This is the beginning of their journey and career development process at BPK. To become a trustworthy and credible institution, the BPK must also be filled by competent human resources. As new BPK employees, they are expected to be able to work professionally and always maintain the good name of BPK.

A similar statement was made at the opening of the training series at the Gowa Education and Training Center by the Deputy Chairman of BPK, Bahrullah Akbar, accompanied by the Head of the Education and Training Planning and Implementation Center, Rio Tirta. In his report, the Head of the Education and Training Planning and Implementation Center also reminded participants of the importance of this training program for the smooth implementation of work at BPK later, and hoped that all participants were committed to taking this training seriously.

Meanwhile, the opening ceremony of the Jakarta PKN Badiklat training series in Kalibata was carried out by the Secretary General of BPK RI, Bahtiar Arif, accompanied by the Head of the Center for Standardization and Evaluation of Training Implementation, Gunarwanto. In his remarks, the Secretary General advised CPNS to be able to use the available opportunities as well as possible, especially while in the Badiklat environment to continue to learn, develop and actualize themselves, in order to shape the character of BPK civil servants who adhere to basic values ​​in carrying out examination tasks.

This year’s Class III Non-Accounting CPNS training participants consist of 268 people; 76 participants at the PKN Education and Training Center, 127 participants at the Medan Training Center and 65 participants at the Gowa Training Center. To support the smooth implementation of this training program, all participants will be accompanied by a student coach. The inculcation of the values ​​of discipline and manners in daily activities will be carried out under the supervision of the Student Trustees.

The opening of the training series this time was followed by an interactive dialogue between the participants and the BPK leadership. The aim is to get to know the BPK and BPK leaders better. (SE/IAP)
