Badiklat PKN received a visit from the Center for Development of Auditor Functional Positions of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (Pusbin JFA BPKP) at the Director-General’s meeting room on Friday (9/8).
This visit was for a comparative study (benchmarking) related to Implementing the Auditor Functional Position Competency Test at BPK.
Through this discussion forum, Badiklat PKN accompanied by the BPK Human Resources (HR) Bureau explained the mechanisms and methods of measuring and assessing an Auditor Functional Official’s technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competency.
This benchmarking activity is to improve the implementation quality of the Auditor Competency Test at BPKP.
