The 2019 CPNS Group III Non-Accounting Basic Training (latsar) training series arrived at the end of the activity, Wednesday 19 June 2019 Head of the PKN Implementation Division Aries Ridawati submitted an evaluation report of Group III CPNS latsar training participants. Starting his report, he conveyed congratulations to all the training participants for having successfully participated in the latsar training and graduated with a good average score. The Head of Implementation also reported that by participating in this training, the participants had fulfilled the requirements as civil servants, increased their understanding of the BPK organization, as well as the formation of competency, knowledge, skills and behavior in carrying out their duties as BPK implementers, in this case as BPK examiners. The series of trainings that have been held since March 20, 2019 – June 19, 2019 were attended by 76 participants who were divided into 2 classes. All participants have attended the final stage of training on June 18, 2019 by carrying out an evaluation which was attended by examiners, coaches, and mentors.
The CPNS training and training was officially closed by the Head of the PKN Standardization and Evaluation Center (Kapustandev), Gunarwanto at the PKN Badiklat Auditorium and accompanied by the Head of the Secretariat of the BPK RI PKN Education and Training Agency, Taufiq Supriadi. In his remarks, Kapustandev reminded that the presence of participants in the training series is a long struggle. Kapustandev PKN BPK explained that this training series is a learning process before the CPNS occupies the work unit. This learning becomes an arena for developing competencies that are useful for the organization. Competency development for CPNS is in line with BPK’s 2016-2020 vision in order to improve the quality of examinations.
Gunarwanto urges the participants to apply the lessons learned during the training in their work units and the evaluation results from the BPK PKN Badiklat can be used as guidelines for developing personal abilities in their respective places of duty. In addition, Kapustandev also reminded that the purpose of holding the training was to form professional civil servants who have an attitude of defending the country. The emphasis on defending the state is very important, especially for ASN, because ASN is the glue of society, ASN serves all groups of society so that by fostering good relations with all levels of society, ASN participates in maintaining the unity and integrity of the nation.
In addition to having an attitude of defending the country, Kapustandev also explained that professional ASN are ASN who apply the “VARIOUS” (“ANEKA”) behavior, namely Accountability (A), Nationalism (B, Public Ethics, Quality Commitment, Anti-Corruption. Indonesia wants to become a strong country in 2025, to achieve this goal, capital is needed, in this case the HR factor plays a very large role. The HR factor will greatly determine the quality of the development of the leading and regional sectors.
After completing the CPNS latsar training, these participants continued the 900 Hours of Study Functional Examiner (JFP) training which will start on June 20, 2019. This is of course in line with what Aries Ridawati said before ending her report “Learning is a process that requires should never stop (never ending process), stop learning means stop growing and progressing. Make the best use of the available opportunities to continue to develop and actualize yourself. (IAP)
