The Training Institute together with the BPK Human Resources Bureau conducted an Internal Interview Selection of BPK Lecturer (Widyaiswara) Candidates (12/3/20).
This selection is one of the processes to ensure that BPK lecturer candidates meet the substantive, administrative, and attitudes / behavior requirements before being proposed for the appointment process in the Widyaiswara Functional Position to the supervisory institution, LAN.
Widyaiswara is a civil servant who is appointed as a functional official to carry out Dikjartih (educating, teaching, and training) civil servants at the Government Education and Training Institute.
