In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic condition, The Training Institute held a Self Motivation Skill Training with a distance learning method on Wednesday (22/04). Opened by the Director General of the Training Institute, the training lasted for three days and was attended by 24 employees at the BPK head office and representative offices.
Implementation of Self Motivation Skill Training using Learning Management System (LMS) media and zoom meeting application. This learning system is one of the Training Institute efforts to continue to meet the needs of employee competency development during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The purpose of this training is for participants to have active and creative behavior in taking initiative, creating, and collaborating to improve organizational performance. The Director General of Training Institute hoped that through this training all participants can improve work performance.
Currently, the Training Institute is developing several variants of training, namely distance learning, initiative/independence, and e-learning. Distance learning is distance learning guided by a facilitator through the media of information technology. The total of lesson hours (JP) per day is the same as face-to-face training, namely 10 JP.
The implementation of this distance learning will be evaluated, to see the level of effectiveness compared to face-to-face training. The plan is that distance learning will be sustainable even though the WFH implementation is over.
The Training Institute continues to be committed to improving services through its facilities and infrastructure so that the spirit of learning is maintained in any condition.
