The PKN Education and Training Center through the Yogyakarta PKN Training Center held the 2021 Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) for Echelon IV officials on Tuesday (23/3). Still being held online, this training was attended by 40 participants from BPK, the State Secretariat, and the East Belitung Regency Government.
In her welcome speech, the Head of the PKN Badiklat, Ida Sundari, revealed that the implementation of this training was very important in order to form supervisory officials who had the criteria of leaders who serve. In addition, it encourages the emergence of agile leaders with creative ideas in dealing with the needs of change as an alternative solution to organizational problems and able to present real actions in managing change in a sustainable organization.
Also present on this occasion, the Head of the East Belitung BKPSDM, Yusdian. He expressed his appreciation for the opportunity provided by the PKN Badiklat to participants from the East Belitung Regency Government and the State Secretariat. He also revealed that currently organizations need leaders who are adaptive to change and have a spirit of service, so that through this training, it is hoped that the participants can develop their existing potential to the maximum extent possible and instill enthusiasm to provide better services to the community.
This training will be held until July 9, through on-class and off-class stages, with learning curricula, namely the Pancasila leadership agenda and state defense, service leadership, job control, leadership actualization, and orientation.
Through this training, it is hoped that they will be able to create a performance leader who is able to build the character and attitude of Pancasila leadership behavior with integrity, uphold bureaucratic ethics, and be responsible for controlling public services in their organizational units. In addition, creating leaders who can also actualize service leadership and work control in accordance with their field of duty, through innovation, collaboration, and optimizing all potential internal and external resources in the context of implementing improved public service performance.
