Deputy Chairman of BPK Dr. Agus Joko Pramono, CSFA., accompanied by the Head of Education and Training Center for PKN Dra. Ida Sundari, MM, CSFA., opened a series of training for Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) Groups III and II in 2021 which will be held online Wednesday, January 27, 2021. In his remarks, the Deputy Chairman of BPK conveyed his congratulations to all participants “Welcome to BPK, congratulations on being part of the state apparatus to improve the administrative system and the best service model to achieve the goals of the state”.
He further conveyed to all CPNS that this training is a learning phase, therefore this phase should be used to learn as well as possible and as much as possible and to continue to improve competence through technology that is developing rapidly by optimizing technology to get the best results.
To improve good governance and clean governance, civil servants must have attitudes and behavior that is loyal to the state, have good morals and mentality, are professional, responsible, and always strengthen the unity of the nation and state. To be able to realize this, BPK already has core values known as independence, integrity, and professionalism. These three values are the basis that must be understood and applied by all BPK personnel so that they can form good character and performance.
The training activities organized are a requirement for CPNS to understand the BPK organization, as well as to form competencies in the form of knowledge, skills, and behavior at work and as BPK employees and examiners. In his report, the Head of Badiklat said that the number of training participants on this occasion was 403 people consisting of 2019 BPK CPNS intake, as well as 102 Bappenas CPNS participants who will attend basic training.
This series of CPNS training will include BPK orientation training, basic training for groups III and II, and for group III it will be continued with the First Expert Examiner Functional Position Training including on the job training so that the implementation time for group III training is 9 months while group II for 4 months. The Head of Badiklat also added that although the learning takes place through distance learning, Badiklat PKN still strives to maintain the quality of education and training as well as possible so that later what is obtained in the training can be applied as efficiently and effectively as possible in carrying out tasks.
The opening of this training series was held simultaneously by the Jakarta PKN Education and Training Center, Medan and Gowa Education and Training Centers and was attended by BPK Secretary General, Bahtiar Arif, Middle High Leadership Officials and Primary High Leadership Officers within the BPK RI environment. At the end of the session, the activity was filled with interactive dialogue between the participants and the Deputy Chair and Secretary General of the BPK which aimed to get to know the BPK and BPK leaders and provide motivation in carrying out training activities.
