The dynamics of environmental change and the implementation of Badiklat PKN business processes require BPK to make improvements and realignment of the PKN Badiklat organization, especially in education and training management in order to accommodate changes in the organization’s internal and external environment.
Adapting to the development of information technology, Badiklat PKN needs to anticipate and accelerate by implementing a comprehensive learning model such as a corporate university. Corporate University is an educational pattern designed to assist the parent organization in achieving its goals by arranging activities that support individual and organizational learning and knowledge.
“BPK CorpU is not a new work unit nor is it a new additional task. BPK CorpU is a lesson that is inherent in every day-to-day business process”, conveyed the Head of the PKN Badiklat, Ida Sundari, when opening the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Roadmap to BPK CorpU which was held online on Tuesday (09/3).
This series of FGD activities was divided into six sessions which were held on 9, 10, and 16 March 2021, with different participants in each session. The first session, on March 9, 2021, was attended by BPK structural officials in the Main Auditorates of State Finance I to VII and the Main Auditorate of Investigation, while the second session was attended by BPK structural officials within the Secretariat General, Main Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Development of State Financial Audit (Ditama Revbang), Main Directorate for Coaching and Development of State Audit Law (Ditama Binbangkum), and Main Inspectorate. The next FGD was attended by BPK Representative structural officials, Expert Staff and Examiner Functional Officers within the BPK on 10 and 16 March 2021.

He further explained that the BPK CorpU, which will soon be launched on April 8, 2021, does not mean that BPK will have a university, but rather an organizational learning approach for developing the competence of BPK employees, which aims to support BPK’s performance.
In a presentation delivered by the Head of the Center for Academic and Learning Technology, Dwi Setiawan Susanto, it was revealed that the existence of BPK CorpU will have positive impacts such as increasing organizational performance, increasing employee performance and capability, better management of organizational knowledge, realizing learning organizations and individuals. learners, as well as adding benefits to BPK stakeholders.
The Head of the Center for Certification and Development of PKN Education and Training, Gunarwanto added, the model of organizing training at BPK CorpU will later be more comprehensive, more diverse and utilize information technology more. The innovation of the content of the learning program will also be more diverse. Learning patterns in the BPK CorpU learning system can be done anytime, anywhere by all BPK implementers according to their interests and needs, gradually or all at once. Employees can learn through face-to-face classes, online classes, independent learning by reading both physical and digital, independent learning through games, learning from individual and group practice, videos, and even chatting.
Furthermore, the Head of the Center for Planning and Implementation of PKN Education and Training, Juska Meidy Enyke Sjam said that in the context of developing a BPK CorpU-based learning system, it is necessary to develop policies, mechanisms, and infrastructure for implementing learning systems as well as harmonization of learning systems with the development of BPK knowledge management, especially at this stage. The first step is externalizing tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. Therefore, this learning system must be supported by the Pool of Expert Learning Management System (SIMPOEL) and the center of knowledge from each BPK satker.
