As a means to meet managerial competency standards and develop leadership competencies for administrator officials, the PKN Education and Training Center has organized an Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) Batch I for Echelon III officials who are within BPK and external to BPK from August 19 – December 6 2021 through the method distance learning. PKA external participants come from the State Secretariat Ministry and the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM).
Interim Head of Badiklat PKN, Gunarwanto revealed that PKA is a means for participants to actualize performance management and create actions to change organizational performance, as well as to grow participants’ leadership competencies in managing change in the form of innovation aimed at improving the quality of organizational performance. The learning that has been carried out is expected to provide provisions for administrator officials in leading their work units. After this training, PKA participants are also expected to be able to bring benefits and progress to the institutions where they work, so that in the future they can realize good governance in Indonesia. This was conveyed at the PKA Closing event which was attended by 19 participants, mentors and coaches (6/12).
At the closing ceremony of the training, the Head of the Center for Planning and Implementation of Training and Education, Juska Meidy Enyke Sjam announced the five trainees with the best ranking of the 19 other participants. Here is the order of the top five participants:
