The Agenda for Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) is one of the agendas at the 2023 CPNS Basic Training in the context of building moral integrity, honesty, enthusiasm, and motivation for nationalism and nationality, superior and responsible personality traits. Junior Expert Narcotics Counselor at the Advocacy Directorate (Direktorat Advokasi) of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), Eva Fitri Yuanita, conveyed this to one hundred (100) Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) Category II Three-year Diploma (DIII) STAN, at the Training Institute of State Financial Audit, Thursday (8/3).
It is aimed at creating a safe and orderly educational environment so that the community around the work environment can be clean from drug abuse.
In this agenda, she conveyed that the background to drug problems includes volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. She also explained the types of narcotics and illegal drugs, their long-term impact and mental health, the level of drug use, and the threat of punishment.
Through this counseling, it is hoped that policymakers in the work environment will be involved in fighting drugs through P4GN by compiling regulations, encouraging activities, and having volunteers or an anti-drug task force.
