According to Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 on the Government Internal Control System, each Ministry/Institution/Regional Government (K/L/D) is required to exercise control over the implementation of government with the guidance of the SPIP (Government Internal Control System). One aim of implementing SPIP is to realize the effective role of the Government’s Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP).
APIP carries out internal supervision through audits, reviews, evaluations, monitoring, and other supervisory activities regarding the implementation of organizational duties and functions. Audits carried out by APIP include performance audits and audits with specific objectives. Therefore, in terms of calculating state financial losses, APIP must be able to state financial losses in the form of “real and definite amounts”.
In support of this, Badiklat PKN organizes Collaborative Training on Calculating State/Regional Losses to improve APIP’s ability to carry out the Calculation of State/Regional Losses (PKN/D). This classically held training was opened by the Director of Planning, Education and Training Centre of State Financial Audit, Dali Mulkana, on Wednesday (11/1/2023).
The training lasted for 3 (three) working days from November 1-3, 2023. It was attended by 22 (twenty-two) employees from the Inspectorates of South Sumatra Province, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Sambas Regency, Ambon City, Majalengka Regency, Morowali Regency, DPKAD Bungo Regency, and the Jakarta I Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health.
Graduates of this training are expected to be able to identify indications of state/regional losses, determine calculation methods, and calculate and formulate the benefits of calculating state/regional losses for criminal cases that are being processed legally.
