Performance audits are key to fulfilling the governmental obligation of accountability to the people. This audit provides a level of confidence in the information reported regarding the results of programs or activities and their relationship to the internal organizations/institutions control system.
The public sector is expected to continuously self-evaluate and carry out continuous performance improvements to work effectively, efficiently, and economically. The role of performance audits in the public sector needs to be implemented immediately in the future.
In support of this, Badiklat PKN organized Performance Audit Training over 2 (two) working days from February 1-2, 2024, attended by 20 (twenty) participants. Participants include Functional Auditor Officials (PFA), Structural Officials, and Employees of the Registrar’s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. The Director General of the Training Institute of State Financial Audit, Suwarni Dyah Setyaningsih, opened the training on Thursday (1/2/2024).
Graduates are expected to be able to carry out performance audit steps starting from planning, and implementation to reporting per applicable standards and guidelines.
