Government Regulation No. 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Evaluation of Civil Servants and Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (Regulation of the Minister of PAN RB) Number 6 of 2022 concerning Employee Performance Management, mandates that every employee must carry out employee performance planning and evaluation.
To help Badiklat PKN employees fulfill their obligations, the Human Resources and Public Relations Subdivision at the Badiklat PKN Secretariat held socialization and assistance in preparing SKPs on the Prisma-IKI Application in a hybrid manner. This activity was attended by 125 offline participants and 95 online participants from the Training Center. Participants are State Civil Service (ASN) employees in the PKN Badiklat environment. Secretary of Badiklat PKN, Ikromi, opened the socialization on Friday (2/2/2024).
Through this activity, it is hoped that employees can understand the flow of the employee performance management process at BPK RI per PAN RB Ministerial Regulation Number 6 of 2022.
