The Training Institute of State Financial Audit (Badiklat PKN) received a visit from the Ministry of Transportation Human Resources Development Center for Transportation Apparatus (PPSDMAP) on Monday (5/2/24). The visit was led by the Head of PPSDMAP, M. Arief Affandi, and was made to discuss the Development of BPK Corporate University (BPK CorpU) and to explore plans for training cooperation with the Ministry of Transportation.
Director of Academic and Learning Technology Centre, Dwi Setiawan Susanto, started this activity by explaining the transformation of Pusdiklat into Badiklat PKN as well as the BPK CorpU Curriculum Development Process as a form of implementation of the BPK Strategic Plan (Renstra). He conveyed that BPK CorpU was present not only to fulfill employee training hours but also to solve performance problems faced by individuals and organizations in supporting broad organizational goals.
Director of Certification, Education and Training Development Centre of State Financial Audit, Satrio Hari Nugroho, and Director of Planning, Education and Training Centre of State Financial Audit, Dali Mulkana also added additional information regarding the training programs that Badiklat PKN has and the synergy carried out by Badiklat PKN with stakeholders.
After the presentations and a questions and answers session, the visitors went on an office tour to see firsthand the various infrastructure facilities owned by Badiklat PKN to support training activities. With this visit, it is hoped that PPSDMAP will gain an understanding of the development of BPK CorpU and support the creation of a cooperative training relationship between BPK and the Ministry of Transportation so that synergy can be established to improve organizational performance.
