To realize the vision of quality and useful state financial governance, BPK is not only responsible for improving the competence of internal auditors but also for improving the competence of government financial managers and Inspectorate employees in the regions.
Director of Certification, Education and Training Development Centre of State Financial Audit, Satrio Hari Nugroho, conveyed this when he opened the Investigative Audit Training for Bengkulu City Inspectorate Employees at Badiklat PKN in Kalibata on Monday (4/22).
The Bengkulu City Regional Inspectorate is tasked with overseeing the implementation of government affairs in the region. Having internal oversight over government administration will encourage the realization of good governance and clean government.
“Hopefully, attending this training will broaden our insight and increase our confidence in carrying out our investigative audit duties in the regions,” said Interim Assistant Inspector III Bengkulu City Inspectorate, Yenni Safarina.
This five-day training is intended to improve the competency of Bengkulu City Inspectorate employees in carrying out investigative audit duties to support the implementation of regional government that is effective, efficient, transparent, accountable, as well as clean, and free of corruption.
