Human Resources is an important key in achieving the BPK’s role in encouraging the realization of good governance. Therefore, to play an active role in encouraging the realization of clean and transparent financial governance, BPK must be staffed by competent human resources. Director General of the Training Institute of State Financial Audit, Suwarni Dyah Setyaningsih, conveyed this when Opening the Junior Auditor Position (JFPAP) Training at Badiklat PKN, on Thursday (4/25/2024).
In her speech, she said that the JFPAP Training is the initial stage of learning the duties and functions of BPK as an auditing institution and fulfilling the basic competencies required for auditing tasks. Therefore, through this JFPAP training, participants will become more aware of their role as public servants and increase their understanding of audits and BPKs’ basic values.
On this occasion, she also advised all participants to make the best use of this training to improve their abilities and commitment to realizing a better BPK. “Welcome to this education and training, keep learning and developing yourself because learning is a process that should not stop.”
Previously, the Director of Planning, Education and Training Centre of State Financial Audit, Dali Mulkana, in his report said that JFPAP training would be held from April 25 to November 4, 2024, using blended learning. The JFPAP training series consists of self-learning, distance learning, face-to-face classical, and on-the-job training at the BPK audit work units.
At the end of her speech, the Director General of the Training Institute of State Financial Audit advised all participants to maximize the learning opportunities obtained during the training so that they can support the implementation of audit tasks while still implementing BPKs’ basic values, namely independence, integrity, and professionalism.
