Administrator leadership training is part of the effort to realize world-class bureaucracy. “Government agencies need administrators responsible for leading the implementation of all public service activities, as well as administering and developing sustainable development of organizational units,” said the Director General of the Training Institute of State Financial Audit, Suwarni Dyah Setyaningsih when opening the implementation of the Administrator Leadership Training, on Monday (06/ 03/2024).
According to Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning the Management of Civil Servants, structural officials must have the managerial competence required in administering government, both central and regional, as regulated in statutory regulations. Developing the competency of structural officials to meet managerial competency standards can be realized through Structural Training.
Director General of Audit III, Ahmad Adib Susilo, and the Training Institute of State Financial Audit directors attended the opening. In his report, the Director of Planning, Education and Training Centre of State Financial Audit, Dali Mulkana, said that leaders need to manage change, so that planned changes succeed, and organizational performance improves.
Administrator Leadership Training aims to develop the ability of participants to meet performance management leadership competency, thereby ensuring that accountability for the Administrator Position is implemented.
Badiklat PKN in collaboration with the State Administration Institute, is holding the blended learning training from June 3 to 14 October 2024, attended by 17 (seventeen) participants consisting of 16 (sixteen) participants from BPK and 1 (one) participantfrom the Banjarmasin City Government.
Graduates of this training are expected to become change leaders per the needs of their organization.
