On Tuesday (06/04/2024), the Director of Planning, Education and Training Centre of State Financial Audit, Dali Mulkana opened face-to-face Audit Communication training held by Badiklat PKN.
When performing audits, several problems arise, especially in communicating with the auditee. Auditors must understand communication techniques during audits to understand and build efficient and effective communications throughout the audit process.
This training aims to teach participants how to understand communication orientation as an internal auditor, be able to practice Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in interviews, and prepare and practice audit interviews.
Sixty (60) attendees divided into two (2) Batches of thirty (30) people each, participated in the training which lasted over two (2) work days from June 4-6, 2024.
Graduates are expected to understand communication orientation as internal auditors, practice Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in interviews, and prepare and practice audit interviews.
