ADMINISTRATOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING (PKA)

The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) needs administrators to support the realization of better organizational governance. They have an important role in the sustainability of their organizational units. The law governing civil servants (ASN) regulates administrator positions in government agencies. They are responsible for managing all aspects that improve organizational performance.

This aligns with what the Director General of the Training Institute of State Financial Audit, R. Yudi Ramdan, conveyed to the Administrator Leadership Training participants of phase I face-to-face learning at the Badiklat PKN, on Monday (7/15).

Training activities started on June 3, 2024, using the blended learning method. The PKA learning stages include self-learning, distance learning, learning in work units, and face-to-face instruction. Face-to-face classes were continued with a General Lecture from BPK Deputy Chairman, Hendra Susanto themed “THE ROLE OF PANCASILA LEADERSHIP AND THE INTEGRITY OF BPK ADMINISTRATORS.”

Administrator Leadership Training builds the competence of Administrator officials to take control of the implementation of their duties and improve the performance of organizational work units. Graduates are expected to be able to analyze the substance of national insight values, and the thinking framework of Pancasila values​​, as the foundation for continuously improving organizational performance as a form of national defense with integrity.
